With a customised plan that is adapted to suit your needs and continuous support, Jodie helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be.

How it works

  • Complete an application form

  • Schedule a free discovery call with Jodie to understand your current situation.

  • Complete a comprehensive onboarding questionnaire with personal information to help further understand your history and desired outcomes.

  • You will be given a personal account where you will have access to additional resources and a supportive community.

  • Receive customised positive habit building tasks for your unique transformation to stay accountable and be supported along your journey with customised check in frequencies.

  • Schedule your first 1:1 call with Jodie

This is a 6 week program plus your warm up.

Warm up: You will begin by looking at your routines, habits and getting familiar with your portal.

Week 1: Join Jodie for a 2-hour session where she will gather detailed to create your initial plan.

Weeks 2-6:

  • Each week you will spend 1-hour being coached through what is holding you back from your bulletproof mindset.

  • Your plan will be adapted in consultation with you during the session.

  • All sessions take place 1:1 via Zoom.

  • Throughout the program, you have access to contact Jodie through messages and voice notes to ensure you are progressing towards what you want.
